FORWARDER MAIN OPERATOR (TOP CLASS)
The Vrbanja Šume company is introducing the most modern forwarder of the latest generation, a machine worth over 1,000,000 KM, designed for top performance and long-term professional work.
We are looking exclusively for an experienced operator who has already proven that he knows how to work on serious forestry machinery and who understands the responsibility of operating a machine of this level.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Independent operation of a forwarder of the highest class
• Achieving high and stable daily performance
• Professional handling, without compromise on safety and the machine
• Daily control, proper maintenance and responsible behavior towards the equipment
• Cooperation with planners and other members of the production team
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (without exceptions)
• Many years of experience working on a forwarder, harvester, backhoe or similar machine.
• Proven ability to work in demanding field conditions
• Technical understanding of hydraulics and modern control systems
• High level of work discipline and responsibility
• Psychophysical readiness for intensive work regime
• Category B driver’s license
DESIRABLE (preferred)
• Experience on harvester – forwarder system, backhoe, crane on a skid steer
• Work on new generation machines (John Deere, Ponsse, Komatsu, etc.)
• Recommendation from a previous employer
